Assist Claim process for "buy for me" service order only

Received problems / different quantity item

If you receive any problems items (wrong: size/ pattern/ color/ quantity/ defect) from your seller, notify us within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue inform will not be accepted. We will try best to negotiate some compensation with the seller about the problems item. But we cannot guarantee the result, we not bear for any after sales responsibility which depend on China seller and Taobao rules and policy. The process could be upto 7-14 working days. If you would like to return the goods, refer our return policy.

* Purchase Order number & relevant item id number

* Clear picture of the problem item received & consignment note with packaging

* Short quantity from certain seller store, provide clear picture of the item received & packaging from that seller store.

(pls do keep the entire shipping parcel & consignment note as original dispatched from China)

Received lost item in parcel

Please do check your content of the parcel & item quantity before sign, the courier company not responsible for any loss IF you had signed the parcel. If you find out any missing item in parcel, pls notify us within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue inform will not be accepted. We shall investigate further.  But we cannot guarantee the result in satisfactory. The process could be up to 7-14 work days.

* Picture of the entire parcel with showing the total weight weighing on parcel weight scale

* Purchase Order number

* Which missing item id number 

* Clear picture for all items you received 

* Clear picture of the parcel with consignment note

* Clear picture of the entire parcel / packaging for top & bottom 

* Clear picture of courier consignment note on parcel

(pls do keep the entire shipping parcel & consignment note as original dispatched from China)

*If parcel is sensitive or prohibited goods been confiscated, we not provide any compensation. Please refer delivery terms. 

*Here advice please do weight the parcel before open and take the picture as proof.

What's WorldPost return policy?

Please note we are a purchasing agency, NOT a seller or a manufacturer, we not provide any returns / exchange service. If there is something wrong, please refer feedback & claim above within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue will not be accepted. 

Note: The risk of item could be happen from China seller

1.The item received is not exactly the same from the picture

2.The item received has a few centimeters deviation.

3.The item received doest not meet customer expectation

4.The item damaged during shipping. 

5.The item received in quality / defect item / wrong item / functionality issue from selller


How do I return the item to seller?

If items are damaged or incorrect which you would like make the return to China seller, please contact us by email to support@worldpostonline.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. We will help you negotiate with your seller about the return purpose. Return acceptance is base on the China seller. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from China. You will be responsible for return shipping fee and tax. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
