When user visit and registered as member of Worldpostonline.com, you are accepting all the service  terms, rules and conditions by WorldPost website. Please read them carefully.

All products available for shopping agent service displayed on WorldPost are products retrieved from third-party shopping platforms and are not directly sold by WorldPost. Thus, in case of any infringement issue involved by the aforesaid products, all liabilities incurred shall be borne by the corresponding sellers on the third-party platform while WorldPost will not undertake any relevant, collateral or joint liability.

Product content & price: We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product information displayed on our website, including price, domestics shipping fee and stock availability.  Third-party shopping platforms can be price changed anytime for item's price and domestics fee. All price of items does not include service fee & international shipping fee yet (refer to Payment Policy).

Translate: Information or content related to the items is translated to English or others language for a rough reference only. Please contact our customer service if you need more information about the product and any associated risks before making your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to change or disallow certain international shipping methods for items that are prohibited due to certain conditions or if the product bears the logo of international brands. We shall not be held liable or responsible if the items you purchased cannot be delivered to you due to the operation of law or regulations or other factors beyond our reasonable control. You must comply with all customs laws and regulations and other applicable laws. You will be responsible if anything is imported into your destination country in contravention of such laws.

We reserve the rights to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of, current or new, membership & benefits in an individual case or in general, at any time with or without notice. 

We reserve the right to vary the applicable additional terms at our sole and absolute discretion, amend and to discontinue any benefits conferred to you under this clause without notice including voucher, coupon, coupon code, credit points.

SHIP FOR ME SERVICE

Ship for me service is a forwarding service that allows you to forward your parcels from China to your destination address. Please liase and settle all payments with your respective sellers before your parcel reaches us, we reserve the right to reject the unpaid item upon receipt. We do not bear any responsible of any goods issue or damage to your parcel. Any issue you will have to settle them with your Seller directly.

It is illegal to ship certain contraband items into your destination country. You agree that you shall only arrange for us to ship goods that do not infringe on existing local laws. All the risk is bear by you, If your parcels cannot be shipped into your destination country due to the operation of law or regulations, we shall not be held liable and you shall fully indemnify us for all the costs, penalties, loss, damages and expenses incurred and/or suffered by us. 

PAYMENT TOP UP ACCOUNT

The payment of top up will be automatically converted according to the current rate of RMB (RenMinBi Chinese Yuan) to your e-wallet.

Bank Transfer: You may make payments through an Automated Teller Machine or internet bank transfer to our designated bank account. You have to submit and provide us with the transfer details, and receipt or payment transaction reference for verification purposes through the ‘Top-up function found in our Site as payment confirmation.

MOLpay / credit card instant top-up: The handling fee will be charged.

Global payment via WesternUnion, Webmoney, Bitcoin (handling fee is based on your money remittance)

You may at any time request to withdraw the remainder amount in your e-wallet, the admin fee will be charged.

No withdrawal allow for the e-wallet credit balance has been more than one year, the balance credit can continue use to pay for the order. 

USER MANAGEMENT
Users are responsible for any declaration contents. Users respect the services provided as it adheres to state, country and international laws practices.
Users shall respect the following：
1、Any declarations shall fulfill the China state laws.
2、Shall not involve in any illegal use of the registered account.
3、Interrupt and misuse the internet services provided.

Users shall promise not to illegally transfer any harassing, abusive, intimidating, harmful, vulgar, obscene related messages. Besides, users shall not transfer messages that influence others to involve in illegal activity and offences; not to transfer messages that affect state security and safety concerns; shall not spread any messages that do not adhere to state, country and international law and regulations. Prohibited unauthorised access to other computer system and program. If users do not adhere to the above service terms and regulations, WorldPost has the rights to immediately terminate user registered account.
Users shall be responsible for any actions at WorldPost website registered account that bear state laws consequences. If users spread any inlawful messages including anti-government action, pornographic or other violations of state laws message at WorldPost website registered account, WorldPost website could hold the records and take them as evidence for any prohibited actions.
